Managing multiple Instagram accounts in InstaBotify

Choose by accounts and working pattern

Basic supports one Instagram account, Pro supports two, and Agency supports five. Each of these plans includes one assigned mobile device. We provide the device; you manage workflows from your browser.

Enterprise currently supports five accounts with five assigned devices. Contact support to discuss the setup and pricing if your accounts need separate devices. More accounts on a plan do not automatically mean more tasks running simultaneously.

What one automation at a time means

On Agency, a task for account A and a task for account B share the same assigned device. They cannot both run on it at once. Account allowances let you manage several accounts in a workspace; the device determines how work can run across them.

Daily action limits are per account, but a daily allowance is not guaranteed throughput. Task duration, pacing, available profiles, restrictions and interruptions can all affect how much work completes.

Plan a workflow for each account

Keep each account’s audience and purpose clear, then review task status before starting more work. Scheduling is included in Pro and Agency for supported workflows. It does not create extra device capacity.

• Select the Instagram account you intend to work on.
• Choose its audience and configure the action limits.
• Check which task is running and review the activity log for that account.
• Reassess timing and workload before setting up the next account’s task.

Understand setup before purchasing

Create your account and select a plan before connecting Instagram. The assigned device is provisioned after payment. If device capacity is not immediately available, provisioning may remain pending until a device is available.

Ask support about your setup if activation timing or separate devices are important to your business. The pricing page lists the current allowances and the refund policy explains the eligibility terms for requests within seven days of purchase.
